1997年7月毕业于阜新高等专科学校应用电子技术专业；
2000年3月，离开了待遇颇丰的国企，加入陌生互联网行业，从事网络产品的销售，并于2001年3月开始人生的第一次创业。
作为中小企业互联网应用的参与者和见证者，他所领导的公司无论是在域名、虚机、建站等基础应用服务还是到中文上网、搜索引擎等产品的交替代理，作为一家专业互联网产品代理服务商，利用点对点的服务模式，不断将各种互联网服务整合成系列的解决方案，得到企业的欢迎和信任。迄今，公司保持了7年的高速发展，成为当地最受欢迎和最受尊敬的互联网服务提供商。
随着用户对互联网的认识和使用越来越成熟、需求越来越精细化，在见证了传统互联网产品的交替更迭之后，他大胆预测：搜索广告必将迎来洽谈付费的时代！正如此，2007年初，他带着开发已久的搜索技术和几名资深的创业人员组成团队，在中国硅谷—中关村，凭借“广告免费、洽谈付费”的服务理念，正式开始了他的第二次创业征途。

He graduated from Fuxin College level specialty school application electronic technology specialty in July 1997.

In Mar. 2000, he joined the internet industry and engaged in the sale of network products. He began to his first venture in Mar. 2001.
Mr. Chang witnessed the application of the internet in medium and small businesses. Not only does his company provide the application service such as domain name; virtual machine; station construction and so on, but his company is a proxy of the search engine products.
As a professional internet product agency service provider, using the service pattern for point of point and the solution that integrated various internet services into series the company got confidence and the welcome of enterprises. So far, the company has kept the high speed development of 7 years and become the most popular and the most respectable internet service offer business in the local.
More and more ripen along with user for use and the knowledge of internet, their demands are more and more meticulous. After Mr. Chang Li Xin has observed a change of traditional internet product alternately, a new idea occurs to him that search advertisement would usher in the era of pay talks. Bringing advanced search technology, Mr. Chang and his elite went to Zhongguancun which is known as china’s silicon valley at the beginning of  2007. He launched the concept that advertisement is free and discussion pays cost and he stared to climb another peak.
