陈进勇是广东夏龙通信有限公司移动互联网事业部总经理，电信咨询顾问，管理学硕士。曾为广东珠海移动、深圳移动、江苏徐州移动、广州电信、深圳电信、润迅通信等电信运营商提供培训与咨询服务。陈进勇的专业领域为移动互联网、移动信息化、3G数据业务等电信互联网应用领域，是中国移动《卓望通讯》、中国电信《信息网络》等通信行业期刊特约撰稿人，动力100社区创始人。陈进勇之前曾担任厦门希尔咨询有限公司项目经理/顾问师和厦门浩维网络营销顾问，具有多年的互联网创业与运营管理经验。

Mr. Chen Jinyong, General Manager of Mobile Internet Unit of China Dragon Telecom Co., Ltd.
He has a Master Degree of Management, and as a telecom consultant, he has provided training and consultant service for Telecom Operators, such as Guangdong Zhuhai Mobile, Shenzhen Mobile, Jiangsu Xuzhou Mobile, Guangzhou Telecom, Shenzhen Telecom, and China Motion, etc.
The professional district which Mr. Chen studies is mainly focus on telecom internet application, such as:  Mobile Internet, Mobile Informationization and 3G data business. Mr. Chen is a contributing writer of telecom journals: <Zhuowang Communication>, and <Information Network>. He also is the founder of ipower100.cn.
Mr. Chen acted as a Training Project Manager and Consultant of Xiamen Hill and Network Sales Consultant of Xiamen Howv before. He has years experiences of Internet operating and management.
