在加入OMD之前，Lawrence曾任電訊盈科指南有限公司的商务经理，再之前是香港首家以文本定向按效果付费的网络广告公司Effisis的董事总经理，以及欧洲灵智精实（RSCG）香港办事处的助理媒介总监和现代媒体香港办公处的市场经理。目前他还是国际广告协会(IAA)香港分会主席。

Previous to his role at OMD, Lawrence was the Business Manager at PCCW Directories Limited. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of Effisis Limited, Hong Kong’s first pay-for-performance contextual search advertising network, Associate Media Director at Euro RSCG Hong Kong, and Manager - Media, Marketing and Communications for Modem Media’s Hong Kong office. Currently he is the president of the International Advertising Association (IAA) HK Chapter.
