黄绍麟，1972年生于台北，知名互联网与3G电信专家。1998年 4月创立数位之墙，以观察科技趋势为终身职。曾任台湾新浪网网站总监，3G威宝电信营销经理。现为跨国谘询公司格理行业专家团 Top 20%专家，从事互联网与电信行业谘询工作，目前定居上海。
