张志弘先生为台湾资深的互联网产业界人士，他在2006年时结合台湾网络广告及媒体产业界人士共同创办了台北市网际网路广告暨媒体经营协会，并且担任筹备会主任委员、第一届理事长并且目前续任第二届理事长。台北市网际网路广告暨媒体经营协会(简称IAMA)，是台湾目前最具大及最具影响力的互联网产业协会，现有54家公司会员，会员遍及台湾主要的入口网站、内容网站、社群网站、网络营销公司、广告代理商及媒体购买公司。协助台湾的网络广告及媒体产业拓展市场规模、整合业界能力与促进产业内及相关产业间的交流，并且作为产业对政府政策的桥梁。
张志弘先生在1996年就进入台湾的互联网产业，并且在台湾的多媒体产业、广告产业及互联网产业拥有超过16年以上的经验，他曾经在博阳广告(Hakuhodo Taiwan)、华商广告(Bozell Taiwan)、全球华文网络广告、联网国际信息、贰肆柒互动传媒(24/7 Media)、中时电子报(Chinatimes.com)担任过资深的管理职务，并且曾担任天空传媒公司(yam.com)营运长。
在过去几年张志弘先生也一直负责台湾最大的网络奖项，金手指网络奖的执行工作，并且从第四届到第八届担任大会的副召集人，负责整体奖项类别的规划。

Mr. Chang has played a key role in raising the profile of the Internet advertising and media industry in Taiwan. He is the co-founder and the chairman of the Taipei Internet Advertising and Media Association (IAMA), which is the major Internet association in Taiwan, currently includes 54 well-know corporate members from leading Internet media company and advertising agencies across Taiwan.
Mr. Chang is the pioneer of Internet industry in Taiwan from 1996. He has over 16 years experience in Taiwan’s multimedia, advertising and  Internet industries, and has held senior positions at H&Y  Communications(Hakuhodo Taiwan), Bozell Taiwan, Chinese Internet Advertising Company, Uni-Net International, 24/7 Media, Chinatimes.com and was the chief operation officer of Yam.com.
In recent years he has acted as co-chief executive officer of the ChinaTimes Internet Advertising  Awards from 4th to 8th.
