Antony Yiu
(Search Director, iProspect Hong Kong)

Heading iProspect Hong Kong, Antony’s search experience includes Google and numerous internet start-ups in the US.   His experience spans a variety of functions including search engine marketing and optimization, online advertising, email campaign management, and market research in both academic and commercial settings.

During his time at Stanford University, his close proximity to the Silicon Valley drove him to develop a strong interest in online advertising and search engine marketing.  He began his career in the digital world by working with Google in their Mountain View Headquarters, before moving to a number of startups including oDesk and AdBrite.  Prior to joining iProspect Hong Kong, he served as a Senior Research Manager at TNS Hong Kong, handling a number of blue-chip clients in the airline and the fast food industries.

Antony holds a postgraduate degree in Sociology from Stanford University in the United States and is a graduate of the Stanford Institute of Entrepreneurship at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.  Antony is a movie buff and an avid traveler – you can find his footprints ranging across all the continents. He is also a prolific reader.

He has worked with a number of multinational companies in his past and current positions, which include Bridgestone, Cathay Pacific Airways, Disneyland, Dragonair, GlaxoSmithKline, Kodak Eastman, McDonald’s, Northwest Airlines, The Peninsula Hotels, Philips, Proctor and Gamble, Samsung Mobile, and Sony Electronics .
