He is a frequent speaker at Internet Marketing Conferences in China and abroad.  He received the prestigious Excellent Staff Award from Microsoft China while serving as the Product Marketing Manager, Department of Marketing Strategy, Microsoft China focusing on data mining development and BI (Business Intelligence) projects.
