Graduated from Fudan University (International Economics, 2003) and Lund University, Sweden (Statistics, 2005)

Working in field of IT & Internet since 1997 and joined Google China in 2005 as the first batch of employees. During 3 years time, Kai helped to establish & expand AdSense local team, also he took responsibility to promote Google ads, search and branding strategy, is a well known "optimization master" in Internet community.
