Yujie Chen |

| As Director of XPRN China, Mr. Chen Yujie oversees all day-to-day sales and marketing for XPRN in the Peoples' Republic of China as well as oversee all media relations for XPRN's offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the PRC. Prior to joining XPRN, Mr. Chen worked as a consultant with CNBC in Shanghai and before that as project manager for DeLuxe Global Media Services in Los Angeles. As a student at UCLA where he received an M.B.A., Mr. Chen also worked as a summer intern with Dow Jones & Co., in New York. He graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1994 with a B.A. degree, majoring in English.
